FIRST IMPRESSIONS VISUAL: Tall, slender with delicate frame and moderate muscle toning. Gray-green eyes, hip length pin straight black hair, pale, ambiguous ethnicity on first inspection (is mixed white/asian per headcanon). Massive burn scar across back, scarring along front lower torso from sword. FASHION: DAPPER GENTLEMAN. Waver favors business formal, mainly suit and tie, though he will wear cravat and ascot as well, generally falling towards timeless looks rather than trendy. He likes to accessorize these with men's scarves. He is always very put together, as befits a politician, and outfits have the air of armor. Which they are. His first ascension outfit (which he's come in with) is a more relaxed business casual version since it's meant for the field. Off the job and at home in private, he prefers to chill in t-shirts and jeans. DEMEANOUR: Byronic. Generally has a melancholy, tired air when he's not some shade of stressed and irritated. Perpetual frowner, stoic. Zones out when triggered for PSTD, can swing to angry outbursts/panic attacks in severe episodes. Not easily shaken by violence. Reserved, snarky, but can be diplomatic and professional in turn and is gentle and compassionate underneath everything. Smiles and laughter from him is rare, but not unheard of. AURAL: VA is Daisuke Namikawa. Buttery, low voice and smooth tones, occasionally with a bit of a growl. Generally composed, can break into a younger voice when emotional as seen here. Main pronoun 'watashi' when speaking Japanese; can revert to more boyish 'boku' in times of emotional duress. OLFACTORY: Smells of ink and smoke at first whiff. Mainly tobacco, with some notes of warm incense. Underlying herbal aroma at times from taking painkilling herbal medication. MENTAL INFORMATION: Underneath the stoicism, Waver suffers from depression, anxiety, and untreated PTSD... symptoms including nightmares and flashbacks. Has a joint consciousness with the dormant Zhuge Liang, thus sharing everything with him including knowledge, abilities and experiences. Probably not the easiest mindscape to read. Not easily overpowered by psychics - Waver has experiences breaking mental curses indicating a certain level of psychic defenses, and has magical hypnosis/memory manipulation powers that might make any messing with his head that he's aware of a bad idea. MAGICAL INFORMATION: Waver is a Pseudo-Servant, aka a fusion between himself and the Heroic Spirit Zhuge Liang. Literally a magical abomination, so the overall impression will be non-human, with those of particularly sensitive dispositions will notice the mixing of human essence with something magical and spiritual.
